How Do I adjust the trays?

  • Pull the Pin/Knurled Button below the Bottom Tray to adjust tray height.  

  • Tray Pull Pins, mounted below the trays, are factory set.  If adjustment of the Pull Pins Is necessary, simply loosen or tighten the Pull Pin until the Tray will again travel smoothly up and down, and remain securely locked in place when the Pull Pin is released.

How do I adjust the measuring tape/Tongue?

  • Depress the Trigger, which allows you to raise the Tape Measure/Tongue.  release when required distance to the Door, Window, or obstruction has been achieved.  The TapeMeasure/Tongue remains locked in place.

  • How do I know if all my courses are level:

  • Assuming you began your first course at level, and both of your Precision Siding Tools are set on at the same spacing, your entire project should remain level throughout the project, as long as each course has been applied with the bottom tray in contact with the previous course applied.
